By using HostAsia’s services, you ("User", "Client", or "Account Holder") agree to the terms stated below, including responsibility for securing your account, consequences of violating security policies, and immediate data deletion upon detection of malicious code.

2. User Security Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their hosting account and uploaded content comply with security best practices. This includes but is not limited to:

• Keeping all scripts, plugins, CMS installations (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Magento), and applications updated to prevent vulnerabilities.

• Regularly scanning and auditing your account for malware, unauthorized scripts, or security threats.

• Ensuring that no malicious, pirated, cracked, or backdoor-infected files or software are uploaded.

• Using strong passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure access to your account.

• Not engaging in hacking, phishing, spam distribution, DDoS attacks, or any other illegal activities that compromise the server.

Failure to comply with these security responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your hosting account.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Malicious Code & Backdoors

HostAsia.in strictly prohibits the following:

• Backdoors, rootkits, null scripts, shell scripts, or any unauthorized code that grants remote access.

• Malware, viruses, trojans, keyloggers, or other harmful software that can affect other users.

• Hacking tools, brute-force scripts, spam bots, and phishing pages.

• Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining scripts or any high-resource abuse scripts.

If any of the above is found during our routine security scans, audits, or investigations, HostAsia.in reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice.

4. Immediate Account Termination & Data Deletion

If malicious scripts, backdoors, or null scripts are detected within a user’s hosting account:

1. The cPanel account will be immediately suspended to contain the threat.

2. A security investigation will be conducted to assess the extent of the breach.

3. If the security violation is confirmed, the cPanel account will be permanently terminated.

4. All associated resources (files, databases, emails, backups, and content) will be deleted immediately from the server.

This action is irreversible, and no prior warning is required in cases of severe security threats.

5. Data Recovery Policy

• Data recovery is subject to availability. If a clean backup exists, HostAsia.in may, at its sole discretion, attempt a recovery.

• There is NO GUARANTEE that data recovery will be possible after account termination.

• Users are strongly advised to maintain their own off-server backups for business continuity.

• HostAsia.in shall not be liable for data loss resulting from security enforcement actions.

6. Compliance with Laws & Legal Obligations

This policy is enforced in compliance with global cybersecurity laws, data protection regulations, and hosting security best practices.

• If a user violates this policy or any legal obligations, they may be reported to relevant authorities.

• HostAsia.in reserves the right to modify, update, or strengthen this policy at any time to reflect emerging cybersecurity threats.

7. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

By using HostAsia.in services, you agree to:

• Indemnify and hold harmless HostAsia.in, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, legal actions, or damages arising from your failure to comply with this policy.

• Acknowledge that HostAsia.in is not responsible for any business losses, reputational damage, or legal consequences due to account termination.

• Understand that data loss due to security enforcement is a risk and that maintaining external backups is the user's responsibility.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By hosting your website, application, or data with HostAsia.in, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our hosting services.
